When the sun hits these windows, the low E reflects the heat and rays back out into the yard at an angle that can cause the turf to heat up to a melting point. South-facing windows are the worst offenders, followed by West-facing windows. Nevertheless, a 3m window film tint has had some success with prevent heating, and we have an installer we recommend to put this window tint on to help prevent this from happening.
