Why synthetic turf

A perfect lawn, minus the mud and mowing.

Houston's heat, clay soil and heavy rain are brutal on natural grass. Synthetic turf gives you a lawn that looks and feels real all year, with no watering, mowing, fertilizer or muddy paws, over a drainage base built for Houston downpours.

Green through every Houston summer

No watering, no brown patches in August and no bare spots in the shade where real grass never took.

Built for dogs and kids

Non-toxic, lead-free turf that rinses clean, so play areas and dog runs stay usable and nobody tracks mud inside.

Drains like it rains here

Every lawn sits on an engineered, free-draining base, so it is usable again right after a storm instead of pooling on clay.

Installed by an award-winning team

Your lawn comes from the team behind the Synthetic Turf Council's 2023 Residential Project of the Year.

Installation

Four layers. None of them skipped.

Most synthetic turf that fails in Houston fails underneath: water with nowhere to go on clay soil, or a base that settles. So the grass goes in last, on top of the drainage and base work that most installers rush.

Drain it

Where water sits, drains and catch basins go in first, so the turf never becomes a lid on a puddle.

Build the base

Soil comes out and a compacted, free-draining aggregate base goes in, graded so rain runs off.

Lay and seam

Turf is rolled out with the grain running one way, cut to the edges and seamed so the joins disappear.

Infill and brush

Infill weighs the turf down and holds the blades up, then the lawn is brushed before we hand it over.

It warms up in direct sun like any surface, but our turf uses heat-resistant fibers and infill, and a quick rinse cools it fast. Shaded and partly shaded areas stay comfortable.

Yes. Our turf is non-toxic and lead-free, drains quickly, and rinses clean, which makes it ideal for dogs and play areas. No mud, no pests, no fertilizer chemicals.

A quality install typically lasts 15+ years with minimal upkeep. We build on a properly compacted, draining base so it stays flat and looks great for the long haul.

Yes. Drainage is where most turf fails, so we engineer the base specifically for Houston's downpours and clay soil to keep your lawn usable right after a storm.
