Humble landscaping
Built for Humble yards, soil, and weather.
Humble sits at the edge of the Lake Houston watershed where the East Fork San Jacinto feeds the reservoir. Flood maps here are layered, some blocks are X zones, some AE, and neighbors across a street can face very different requirements. We pull the FIRM data for every Humble property before we design, so drainage, grade, and impervious cover are sized correctly for that specific lot, not assumed to match the neighborhood across the street.
Drainage engineered for clay and rain
Most Humble yards sit on heavy clay that holds water. Grading and drains are designed in from the start, so the yard is usable right after a storm.
Planting suited to the Gulf Coast
Plants chosen for Houston-area heat, humidity and wet winters, placed where they will actually thrive.
Owner oversight on every Humble project

Often, yes. The Houston area's clay soil and heavy rain make drainage critical, and it's where most yards fail. We engineer grading and drains into every project so your landscape stays usable after a storm.
